We work with a small set of installation crews we have used for years, not whoever is available that week. A crew that has installed a hundred roofs to the same standard does not need to be supervised into doing it right. Mason handles inspections and estimates, so nine times out of ten he is the one on your roof and the one at your kitchen table afterward.
We bend our own metal
Custom flashings, chimney caps, drip edge, and valley metal fabricated in-house to the actual dimensions of your house. Stock lengths cut to fit leave seams where there should not be seams. It is slower, and it is why we do not get callbacks on flashing.
Safety is not optional
Every crew member on your roof is safety certified. Harnesses, anchors, and training. Not because a homeowner asked, but because the person on your roof has a family. A crew that cuts corners on their own safety is not a crew being careful with your decking.
The magnet sweep
The last thing we do on every job is walk the yard with a magnet. A tear-off drops thousands of nails and most land in the debris. Some do not. Whole property, every job, before we pull off the street.
