What we are hiring for
One open role at the moment.
We are a roofing company based in Dallas, Georgia, working across metro Atlanta. The crews are the same people job after job, we bend our own metal rather than buying it in, and the work is a mix of replacements, repairs and storm damage on ordinary houses.
If you are good and you want steady work, we want to hear from you whether or not there is a role listed below.

What we actually look for
Someone who turns up when they said they would, does the work the same way whether or not anybody is watching, and tells us early when something is wrong on a roof instead of covering it up. Everything else can be taught.
We are less interested in a polished CV than in what you have actually built and repaired. Photographs of your own finished work tell us more in ten seconds than a page of text.
Apply to work with us
If one of the roles above is the one you want, apply on its own page so we know which. Otherwise use this and we will keep you on file.
Would rather not use a form? Email admin@optimumroofingco.com and tell us what you have worked on. A real person reads it.
We will tell you what your roof actually needs.
Free inspection, a written report with photographs, and an honest answer about whether you need a roof or a repair.
