Roofing Repair Technician and Job Site Manager
A full-time role for somebody who can run a job site and do the repair work themselves. You would be our hands on the roof and our eyes on the crew.

Pay is discussed at interview and depends on what you can actually do. Tell us what you are looking for when you write.
What the job involves
- Carry out roof repairs: leaks, flashing, pipe boots, valleys, rotten decking, shingle and metal work
- Run job sites day to day, so the crew knows the plan and the homeowner knows what is happening
- Get on roofs and work out what is actually wrong, rather than patching what shows from the ground
- Photograph and document the work as it goes, for the homeowner report and for insurance scopes
- Check finished work before we leave: flashing, fastening, ridge, cleanup and nails out of the yard
- Keep materials, tools and the trailer organized and accounted for
- Be the person the homeowner talks to on site
What we are looking for
- Real roofing experience. Enough that you can be handed a leak and find the cause yourself
- Comfortable working at height, on steep slopes, and in Georgia heat
- A valid driver's license and a record clean enough to drive a company vehicle
- Able to lead a small crew without needing to be managed yourself
- Turn up when you said you would, every time
- Straight with homeowners and straight with us, including when something has gone wrong
